Today’s foreign currency exchange rates

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rates of foreign currencies for today (Monday).

The US dollar continues to hold its highest value, while other major currencies such as the Euro, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollar, and Dinar have seen a further decline.

For today, the buying rate of 1 US dollar is 133 rupees 57 paisa, and the selling rate is 134 rupees 17 paisa, unchanged from yesterday’s rates.

Similarly, the Euro is being traded at a buying rate of 145 rupees 31 paisa and a selling rate of 145 rupees 96 paisa.

The British Pound has a buying rate of 172 rupees 59 paisa and a selling rate of 173 rupees 36 paisa, compared to yesterday’s rates of 172 rupees 62 paisa for buying and 173 rupees 39 paisa for selling.

The buying rate of 1 Australian Dollar is 89 rupees 26 paisa, and the selling rate is 89 rupees 67 paisa, down from yesterday’s rates of 89 rupees 44 paisa for buying and 89 rupees 84 paisa for selling.

Similarly, the buying rate for 1 Kuwaiti Dinar is 437 rupees, with a selling rate of 438 rupees 97 paisa, while yesterday’s rates were 436 rupees 73 paisa for buying and 438 rupees 69 paisa for selling.

The buying rate for Bahraini Dinar stands at 354 rupees 30 paisa, and the selling rate is 355 rupees 89 paisa, slightly lower than yesterday’s rates of 354 rupees 34 paisa for buying and 355 rupees 94 paisa for selling, according to NRB.
