Police take KMG Chair Sirohiya to Janakpur via road



JANAKPUR: Kantipur Media Group’s Chairman Kailash Sirohiya, who was arrested in connection with a forged citizenship case, is en route to Janakpur.

He is traveling to Janakpur via the local road (BP Highway) from Dhulikhel, Sindhuli.

Despite being under arrest, he is making the journey in his own vehicle.

Dhanusha District Police received a case against Sirohiya on April 29 regarding his alleged citizenship fraud.

The District Court, Dhanusha, granted permission to arrest him on Tuesday.

Sirohiya was arrested from Tinkune, Kathmandu, on Tuesday evening.
