SC receives another writ against arrest of KMG Chair Sirohiya



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has received another writ petition against the arrest of Kantipur Media Group Chairman Kailash Sirohiya.

According to SC Information Officer Govinda Prasad Ghimire, another writ has reached the SC on behalf of Chairman Sirohiya.

Ghimire informed that the SC administration is currently reviewing the writ to determine whether to register it or not.

Sirohiya has argued that the arrest made while the writ against the arrest warrant was still under SC consideration should be declared invalid.
