Property details of Education Minister Shrestha: Rs 80 million in bank savings



KATHMANDU: Education Minister Sumana Shrestha has disclosed the details of her properties.

According to the property details revealed on Tuesday, Minister Shrestha has savings of Rs 80 million in the bank.

This includes Rs 15,200,000 in her own account and Rs 55,784,119 in her husband’s account.

She has also purchased a piece of land measuring 8-6-30 for Rs 995,000.

The land is registered in a joint name and was bought with money from her salary.

Additionally, Minister Shrestha owns 11 tolas of gold. She acquired 10 tolas during her wedding and one tola after the demise of her grandmother.

She also possesses 100 tolas of silver, a diamond set, and diamond earrings, all acquired during her wedding.
