HoR meeting postponed until May 24



KATHMANDU: Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire has postponed the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) until May 24.

The next session is now scheduled for 11 AM on Friday, May 24.

During Tuesday’s meeting, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal tabled the government’s policies and programs for discussion amidst protests from the main opposition party, Nepali Congress.

Additionally, the government also withdrew the ‘Political Parties (Second Amendment) Bill, 2080 BS’.
