CPN-UML seeks clarification from leaders over statements on party’s land donation



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has decided to seek clarification from those leaders who made public statements against the party’s official decision regarding the land donation received for the construction of its party office.

During a secretariat meeting on Sunday, the party decided to ask for explanations from former Vice Chair Bhim Rawal, Standing Committee member Binda Pandey, and Central Committee member Ushakiran Timalsina, according to General Secretary Shankar Pokharel.

Pokharel further mentioned that the decision to seek clarification was also extended to former Vice Chair Bhim Rawal, who has been publicly speaking against the party’s official stance.

Pandey and Timalsina had publicly expressed their disagreement concerning the land donated by Min Bahadur Gurung.
