Ministry of Finance will focus on creating industrial friendly environment

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Finance is going to forward the necessary process to focus on creating a commercial and industrial environment in the country.

In the meeting of the high management group held today at the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Bishnu Prasad Paudel said that the Ministry will focus on facilitating the business and industrial environment for more capital mobilization and investment growth.

Minister Paudel directed the bodies concerned to use more capacity for revenue collection and capital expenditure.

Revenue Secretary Dinesh Kumar Ghimire said that the creation of an increased business and industrial environment in the country will also have a positive impact on revenue collection.

In the meeting, the Head of the Budget Division, Shree Krishna Nepal, informed that there is no problem in resource management for the reconstruction of the damage caused by the recent flood.

High-ranking officials of the ministry participated in the meeting.
