Monsoon conditions continue to affect Nepal’s weather



KATHMANDU: The monsoon low-pressure line is currently positioned north of its usual position in the west impacting the country’s weather.

The weather is partly to mostly cloudy, with light rain occurring in some areas in Koshi and Bagmati provinces.

The Weather Forecast Division has stated that the rest of the country is experiencing partly cloudy to mainly clear conditions.

This afternoon, the weather is expected to remain partly to mostly cloudy across the nation.

According to the Division, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is possible in some areas of the Koshi, Bagmati, and Karnali provinces, as well as in a few places of Gandaki province and isolated areas in the remaining provinces.

Tonight, the weather will continue to be partly to mostly cloudy.
