218 new cottage industries registered in Lamjung



LAMJUNG: A total of 218 new cottage industries were registered in Lamjung between July 17, 2023, and July 15, 2024, according to the Tourism and Small Industries Development Office, Lamjung.

Office Chief Mita Kumari Thapa reported that 412 industries renewed their registrations during this period.

Among the newly registered firms, 176 are commercial enterprises, while 552 commercial firms renewed their registrations.

In the previous fiscal year 2023/24, 291 cottage industries were registered in the district.
