Fewa Dialogue to continue today



GANDAKI: The Fewa Dialogue-2024, a grand dialogue program on regional and global issues among the academicians from the leading universities, is being held in Pokhara.

The program is jointly organized by Tribhuvan University and China Centre for South Asian Studies (CCSAS) of Sichuan University, China with the theme of ‘South Asia’s Options under Global Industrial Transfer’.

TU Rector Prof. Dr Khadga KC said that the event will be held from December 18 to 20 at the Pokhara Event Centre. Prof Dr KC said the event is expected to promote collaboration between the countries from South Asia and South East Asia.

He expressed confidence that the event is aimed at materializing the national aspiration of Prosperous Nepal; Happy Nepali by ensuring cooperation with the world’s learning university through the medium of dialogues.

Professors from China, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia are scheduled to attend the Fewa Dialogue.

Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari is scheduled to inaugurate the event.
