Maoist Center holding office bearers’ meeting today



KATHMANDU: Maoist Center, the main opposition party, is holding a meeting of its office bearers this afternoon.

Originally scheduled for 1 PM on Monday, the meeting was postponed due to the busy schedule of party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda”.

The meeting is now set for 4 pm at the party’s central office in Parisdanda, Koteshwor.

Party vice-chairman and Spokesperson Agni Sapkota stated that the agenda will include discussions on local-level by-elections, amendments to the party statute, the upcoming municipal conference, the central committee meeting, and other pertinent issues.
