Fire breaks out in a house near Bagalamukhi Temple in Lalitpur

LALITPUR: A fire broke out in a three-storey house belonging to local resident Amirman Bajracharya, located near the Bagalamukhi Temple in Lalitpur on Monday morning.

Lalitpur Metropolitan City Police Chief Sitaram Hachethu said that the blaze was caused by a gas leak while preparing food.

Police, local residents, and three fire engines were promptly dispatched to control the fire.

Details regarding the extent of the damage are still pending.
