Police seize around 850 grams of gold from passenger at TIA

KATHMANDU: Police at Tribhuvan International Airport have intercepted approximately 850 grams of gold from an Indian woman.

The gold, meticulously wrapped in plastic, was concealed inside the woman’s underwear, as reported by the authorities.

An ongoing investigation into the matter is in progress to uncover further details.

This incident follows a similar discovery on Thursday when police found over 1 kg of unattended gold at TIA.
