ACC Premier Cup: Nepal facing UAE in semi-finals today



KATHMANDU: Nepal is playing against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) today in the semi-finals of the ACC Premier Cup.

The first semi-final features Group ‘A’ winner Nepal against Group ‘B’ runner-up UAE.

Nepal is undefeated in the tournament so far and has a strong history of matches against UAE.

The match will begin today (Friday) at 11:45 AM.

Nepal’s journey to the semi-finals included victories over Malaysia by five wickets, Qatar by 32 runs, Hong Kong by eight wickets, and Saudi Arabia by six wickets.

The second semi-final will take place between hosts Oman and Hong Kong. Oman, the winner of Group ‘B’, will play against Hong Kong, the runner-up of Group ‘A’, at 4:15 PM.

Oman dominated its group stage, winning all four matches, while Hong Kong advanced to the semi-finals with 4 points after securing victories in two out of four matches.
