Hindu Samaj youth organize shutdown protest in Birgunj

BIRGUNG: The market area of Birgunj Metropolitan City has come to a standstill due to a protest organized by the youth of Hindu Samaj Birgunj chanting ‘Jai Shree Ram.’

As a result of the shutdown, most shops along the main road, including Ghantaghar, Maisthan, Adarshanagar, and Ghadiarwa Pokhari, are closed.

Activists of the Hindu Samaj closed the market, raising the slogan ‘Jai Shri Ram.’

In addition to the demonstration, the Hindu Samaj cadres also submitted a memorandum to Parsa Chief District Officer Dinesh Sagar Bhusal.

Acknowledging the memorandum, CDO Bhusal assured that no one is insecure in Parsa, and he pledged to take prompt measures in case anyone feels otherwise.
