KATHMANDU: In a crucial match of the ongoing Prime Minister Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament 2024, the Koshi Province has won the toss and elected to bowl first against the formidable Bagmati Province.

Opting for a strategic approach, Koshi Province aims to restrict Bagmati Province’s batting lineup and set a manageable target.

The match is scheduled to take place at the iconic Tribhuvan University cricket ground.

As the tournament progresses, Koshi Province seeks its first victory after facing setbacks in four previous games, suffering defeats against Madhesh, APF, police, and army.

Bagmati Province, on the other hand, has secured two wins and is poised to secure a spot in the top four.

Bagmati faced defeats against police and APF but displayed resilience with victories over Madhesh and Army in earlier encounters.
