Sandeep Lamichhane obtains US visa; to fly this evening



KATHMANDU: Cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane has obtained a US visa.

According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), Sandeep is scheduled to depart for America this evening.

The three-match T20 series between Nepal and the USA commenced today, with Nepal winning the first game.

Additionally, the World Cup League-2 series, featuring Nepal, the USA, and Scotland, will take place from October 25 to November 4 at Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas.

Previously, Sandeep was unable to participate in the T20 World Cup matches in the USA due to visa issues.

After playing in Canada, he had to return home without the necessary documentation.
