NEPSE declines by 19.76 points, share prices of 198 companies drop on Tuesday



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced a decline today, dropping by 19.76 points to close at 2076.49.

The overall market capitalization also decreased by 0.89 points on Tuesday, the second trading day of the week.

The share prices of 198 companies fell, while 40 companies saw their share prices rise.

The share prices of 9 companies remained unchanged.

A total of 9,544,734 shares were traded today, amounting to a transaction value of Rs 4.05 billion.

Among the transactions on NEPSE today, investors in Samaj Microfinance earned the most, while investors in Mankamana Smart Microfinance incurred the highest losses.
