Seven dead, 20 injured in Nisikhola bus accident



BAGLUNG: A tragic bus accident this evening along the Mid Hill Highway at Jaulepani of Nisikhola Rural Municipality-6 in Baglung district has claimed the lives of seven individuals and left 20 others injured.

The bus with registration number Bagmati Province 01-006 Kha 3879 was en route to Kathmandu from Rukum Purba when the accident occurred.

According to Police Inspector Raj Kumar BK, Chief of Area Police Office, Burtibang, the bus plunged approximately 300 meters off the road.

Rescue operations are currently underway, with further details of the accident awaited.
