Campaigner Durga Prasai gets punched in Baglung



BAGLUNG: An incident occurred in Baglung as Durga Prasai, a campaigner and medical entrepreneur, was physically assaulted in Baglung on Thursday.

The assailant, identified as 37-year-old Ram Kanta Gautam from Baglung Municipality-7, punched Prasai while he was on the way to the stage.

According to the District Police Office in Baglung, Gautam was arrested following the assault.

The incident unfolded during a moment of the event, raising concerns about the safety and security of participants in public gatherings.
