KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for today, Tuesday.

Today, the US dollar reached its highest value ever, breaking previous records. Similarly, the exchange rates of other currencies, including the British pound, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar, have risen.

However, currencies such as the Australian dollar and the euro have become cheaper.

According to the exchange rates released by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is NPR 135.49, while the selling rate is NPR 136.09. This is the highest value the US dollar has ever reached in Nepal.

Previously, on November 11, the buying rate for one US dollar was NPR 135.48, and the selling rate was NPR 136.08. Since then, the US dollar had become slightly cheaper.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one US dollar was NPR 135.37, and the selling rate was NPR 135.97.

In other currencies, today the buying rate for one Euro is NPR 142.13, with a selling rate of NPR 142.76. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 142.17, and the selling rate was NPR 142.80.

The buying rate for one British Pound today is NPR 171.40, and the selling rate is NPR 172.16. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 170.83, and the selling rate was NPR 171.59.

The buying rate for one Australian Dollar is NPR 86.08, with a selling rate of NPR 86.46. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 86.14, and the selling rate was NPR 86.52.

The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar today is NPR 440.20, and the selling rate is NPR 442.15. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 439.76, and the selling rate was NPR 441.70.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar today is NPR 359.20, and the selling rate is NPR 360.79.

Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 359.07, and the selling rate was NPR 360.66.
