KATHMANDU: US Ambassador to Nepal, Dean R. Thompson, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Wednesday.

In a post on X, Ambassador Thompson noted, “Great conversation with the newly appointed Rt. Hon’ble Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.”

He emphasized their discussion on the vibrant 77-year partnership between the two nations.

The ambassador expressed the US’s eagerness to work with the new government to further strengthen cooperation between Nepal and the United States.
