Cabinet meeting underway at Singha Durbar



KATHMANDU: A cabinet meeting is underway at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar.

According to sources, this is a regular meeting.

The meeting held on the eve of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s Uganda visit is likely to make some crucial decisions on contemporary issues.

Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to leave for Uganda tomorrow to take part in the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

On Wednesday morning, the Prime Minister had directed the ministers and officials to enhance their efficiency and work for substantive outputs.
