NPL: Karnali sets Sudurpaschim a target of 102 runs

KATHMANDU: In the final league match of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), Karnali Yaks have set a target of 102 runs for Sudurpaschim Royals.

After losing the toss and being invited to bat first at the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Karnali could only manage 101 runs before being all out in their allotted 20 overs.

Now, if Sudurpaschim manages to chase down the target in 13 overs, Karnali will be eliminated from the top four.

However, if Sudurpaschim takes longer, Karnali will remain in the top four, sending Kathmandu Gurkhaz out.

If Karnali defeats Sudurpaschim by 12 runs or more, they will rise to the top two, surpassing Janakpur.
