Today’s foreign currency exchange rates

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced today’s exchange rates for foreign currencies.

The rates for some currencies, including the US dollar, remain unchanged from yesterday.

The euro has decreased slightly, while other currencies, including the pound, Australian dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar, have risen.

According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 133.93 rupees, and the selling rate is 134.53 rupees. These rates are the same as yesterday’s.

For the euro, today’s buying rate is 148.35 rupees, and the selling rate is 149.01 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate was 148.49 rupees, and the selling rate was 149.16 rupees.

The UK pound sterling is being bought at 175.77 rupees and sold at 176.55 rupees today. Yesterday’s rates were 175.70 rupees for buying and 176.16 rupees for selling.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar today is 89.78 rupees, with a selling rate of 90.18 rupees. Yesterday, the rates were 89.65 rupees for buying and 90.05 rupees for selling.

The Saudi riyal’s buying rate remains at 35.69 rupees, and the selling rate is 35.85 rupees. These rates have not changed from yesterday.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Qatari riyal is 36.74 rupees, and the selling rate is 36.90 rupees, which are also unchanged from yesterday.

For the UAE dirham, today’s buying rate is 36.46 rupees, and the selling rate is 36.63 rupees, consistent with yesterday’s rates.
