Parliamentary probe committee records statement of Ex-Vice President’s son in cooperative fraud case



KATHMANDU: The parliamentary investigation committee has recorded the statement of Dipesh Pun, son of former Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, in connection with a cooperative fraud case.

The committee summoned Dipesh to Singha Durbar for questioning.

He previously served as the secretary of the Butwal-based Supreme Savings and Credit Cooperative.

Dipesh Pun was arrested on March 15 in connection with the fraud case.

Following his arrest, the Rupandehi District Court released him on bail of Rs. 400,000.
