Koshi Province to organize Investment Conference



BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki of Koshi Province has announced plans to host an investment conference within the year.

Speaking at an interaction program with industrialists, traders, and the business community in Biratnagar, marking 100 days since the formation of his government, Chief Minister Karki expressed his commitment to encouraging both domestic and foreign investment in Nepal.

During the event, Karki offered 650 bigha of land at Amduba in Barju Rural Municipality, Sunsari, for industrial development, provided the private sector shows interest.

Additionally, he emphasized efforts to boost tourism in the province through promotional activities in neighboring countries.
