Robbery at Chitwan Jewelry Shop: 3 kgs of gold and 35 kgs of silver stolen



KATHMANDU: An unidentified group looted 3 kgs of gold and 35 kgs of silver from a jewelry shop in Chitwan on Saturday night.

The incident occurred at Binod Gold and Silver Jewelry Shop located in Kalika Municipality-6, Chitwan, according to the District Police Office.

In addition to the precious metals, the robbers also made off with Rs 200,000 in cash.

The police have launched an investigation into the robbery.
