Nepal Police recommends promotion of two DIGs to AIG



KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has recommended the promotion of two Deputy Inspector Generals (DIG) to the rank of Assistant Inspector Generals (AIG).

DIG Umesh Raj Joshi and DIG Bhim Prasad Dhakal have been put forward for promotion.

The recommendation comes as the current AIGs, Sandeep Bhandari and Meera Chaudhary, are due to retire this week due to age limits.
