NEPSE records a gains of over 54 points, trading volume exceeds 8 billion



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has observed a significant increase of over 54 points on Tuesday, the second trading day of the week.

At the close of the market on Tuesday, the NEPSE index stood at 2175.17 points, marking a gain of 54.5 points.

During Tuesday’s trading session, transactions involving 23,370,053 shares of 304 companies contributed to a trading volume surpassing NPR 8,023,862,406.

Among the listed companies, 214 witnessed an uptick in their market value, while 31 experienced a decline, and the values of 2 companies remained unchanged.
