KATHMANDU: In a match of the ongoing PM Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament played at Siddhartha Stadium, Sudurpaschim Province has set a formidable target of 278 runs for Karnali Province.

In the first innings, opening batsmen Khadak Bohora and Tek Rawat showcased impressive performances, scoring 80 runs in 114 balls and 59 runs in 91 balls, respectively.

Kiran Thagunna also contributed significantly by hitting 50 runs in 33 balls for Sudurpaschim.

Facing the bowling attack from Karnali, Dinesh Adhikari, Yunis Singh, Prakash Jaisi, and Dipendra Rawat each took one wicket, aiming to limit Sudurpaschim’s total score.

The match remains poised as Karnali Province is currently chasing down the challenging target set by Sudurpaschim, promising an exciting contest in the PM Cup tournament.
