KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has reported that the monsoon is currently impacting the country, with the monsoon low-pressure line situated around its normal location.
According to the Division, a general weather change is occurring nationwide.
Light rain is being observed at a few locations in Bagmati and Sudurpaschim provinces, as well as at one or two places in the remaining provinces.
This afternoon, the country will experience generally cloudy conditions.
Light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning, is possible at some locations across all provinces.
Tonight, the weather will remain generally cloudy.
Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, with some rain also expected in a few places in the remaining provinces.
Heavy rain is a possibility in one or two locations within Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
