Indian PM Modi congratulates PM Oli



KATHMANDU: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated KP Sharma Oli on his appointment as the newly appointed Prime Minister of Nepal.

During the swearing-in ceremony at the President’s office, Sheetal Niwas, Modi extended his congratulations to Oli via social media platform X.

Modi expressed his readiness to work closely with Oli to strengthen the friendship between the two countries.

He voiced confidence that the relationship will flourish during Oli’s tenure.

“Congratulations on your appointment as Prime Minister of Nepal,” Modi stated.

“We look forward to working closely to deepen the friendship between our two countries and expand mutually beneficial cooperation for the progress and prosperity of our people.”
