Maoist Center holding Standing Committee meeting today

KATHMANDU: The ruling Maoist Center is holding a meeting of its Standing Committee at 11 am today.

The primary agenda of the meeting is to review the newly established five-party ruling coalition and deliberate on the allocation of power at the provincial level, party insiders said.

A senior party leader informed Khabarhub that the meeting would focus significantly on the Maoist Center’s collaboration with the CPN-UML.

Following the recent dissolution of its alliance with the Nepali Congress, the Maoist Center has forged partnerships with the CPN-UML, Rastriya Swatantra Party, Janata Samajwadi Paryt, and the Unified Socialist Party.
