Kathmandu’s temperature drops to 2 degrees Celsius



KATHMANDU: The minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley has further decreased today.

At 5:45 am today (Saturday), the temperature in Kathmandu was recorded at 2.5 degrees Celsius, and by 8:45 am, it had dropped to 2 degrees Celsius.

According to the Weather Forecasting Division, this is the lowest temperature recorded in Kathmandu this year.

The coldest recorded minimum temperature today is minus 7.2 degrees Celsius in Jumla, while the highest minimum temperature is 9 degrees Celsius in Biratnagar.
