Malaysian national arrested in Thamel with around 6 kg of cocaine



KATHMANDU: A 47-year-old Malaysian woman has been arrested at a hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-29, with approximately 6 kilograms of cocaine.

The woman was apprehended at Kathmandu City Hotel with 5.8 kilograms of cocaine, estimated to be worth Rs 203.7 million.

A team from the Kathmandu Police Range, acting on a tip-off, carried out the arrest and seized the prohibited drug.
