Mukul Dhakal alleges intimidation by Swarnim Wagle’s secretariat



KATHMANDU: Mukul Dhakal, the suspended general secretary of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has alleged receiving physical threats from the Secretariat of the party’s Vice Chairman, Swarnim Wagle.

According to Dhakal, he received threats of physical assault on Saturday night.

“I received numerous phone calls from the Secretariat of Swarnim Wagle. I did not answer the calls. Then, one of my brothers with whom I live received the call and was threatened with physical assault,” Dhakal wrote in a Facebook post.

“I have also informed the police and sought security,” he added.
