Lightning kills two in Parbat



PARBAT: Two people died in two separate places of Parbat’s Modi Rural Municipality due to lightning strikes on Saturday evening.

According to District Police Office, Parbat, the deceased are identified as 58-year-old Prem Kumari Shahi of Bhukatangle and 57-year-old Shalikram Timilsina, a teacher of Jeevanjyoti Primary School in Ramjadeurali.

The details of other damages in the district are still to come, the police said.
