Statistics reveal that one in every 10 individuals suffers from kidney disease.
World Kidney Day endeavors to raise awareness about crucial measures for identifying, treating, and preventing kidney diseases, given their prevalent occurrence worldwide.
The kidneys play a pivotal role in purifying blood and eliminating waste from the body.
Additionally, they regulate water balance, control blood pressure, and maintain electrolyte levels while contributing to the production of vitamin D and red blood cells.
