Six fake examinees arrested at Nepal Police exam



KATHMANDU: Nepal Police apprehended six individuals for attempting to take the police constable exam under false identities.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Nabaraj Adhikari of the District Police Range Kathmandu reported that the arrests occurred at various examination centers in Kathmandu, and investigations have been initiated.

SP Adhikari identified the arrested individuals as follows:

22-year-old Abhisekh Sahi of Kalikot, who was sitting the exam in the name of Rit Shahi

Ishak Tamang of Kanchanpur, who was posing as Hikmat Bahadur Thapa

Tripti Sundas of Dolakha, who was taking the exam in the name of Sharmina Shahi

Roshan Khatri, who appeared for Paras Budha

Rabindra Mahara of Darchula, who was posing as Sabin Mahara

Dinesh Chand of Baitadi, who was sitting the exam for Pradip Basyal

According to SP Adhikari, three individuals were arrested from Baneshwor Circle, three from Gaushala Circle, and one from Singhadurbar Circle.
