It’s almost time to meet the champion of CONMEBOL Copa América United States 2024™! Argentina and Colombia are the two teams that will compete for the title in the Grand Final in Florida this Sunday, July 14, closing the 48th edition of the oldest national team tournament in the world in style.

There will be thousands of fans present at Hard Rock Stadium for the historic match between La Albiceleste and Los Cafeteros – and many millions more who will watch the match around the planet.

Stars such as Lionel Messi, James Rodríguez, Ángel Di María and Luis Díaz promise a great show on the pitch, while pop star Shakira will keep the party going at halftime with a show full of rhythm and dancing.

What is the day and time of the Final? Where will the Argentina-Colombia match be?

The CONMEBOL Copa America™ Final between Argentina and Colombia will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, starting at 8 pm Eastern Time at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, which hosted two other matches in the Group Stage of this edition: Uruguay 3-1 Panama (Group C) and Argentina 2-0 Peru (Group A).

One of the world’s greatest music artists, Shakira, will be another great attraction at the Hard Rock Stadium with an unprecedented performance at halftime of the Argentina vs. Colombia match.

The Colombian singer promises to make the audience dance with her greatest and recent hits, including from her album “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.”

 The performance will be unforgettable with innovative visuals and references to the greatness of South American football.

How did Colombia and Argentina get to the Final?

Defending champions, Argentina played the opening match of the tournament against debutant Canada, winning 2-0 on June 20.

Then they defeated Chile 1-0 and secured early qualification in Group A.

They ended their participation in the Group Stage with another 2-0 victory, this time over Peru.

In the Quarterfinals, Lionel Scaloni’s men faced off against Ecuador, with whom they drew 1-1 before winning on penalties 4-2.

Finally, they overcame Canada in the semi-final rematch with another 2-0 to reach their fourth Final in five editions.

Colombia arrived at the tournament and soon confirmed its great momentum, winning the opening of Group D against Paraguay by 2-1.

They beat Costa Rica 3-0 (also qualifying in advance) and drew 1-1 with Brazil to confirm the lead in their group.

In the knockout phase, Néstor Lorenzo’s team had the biggest victory of the 2024 edition against Panama (5-0) and won the battle with Uruguay 1-0 to reach their third Final in history – and set a record for the longest undefeated streak of the team in history (28 matches).
