Karnali State assembly meeting taking place today



SURKHET: A meeting of the Karnali State Assembly is taking place today, marking the commencement of the third session of the second term.

The session was called by Karnali State Chief Tilak Pariyar, who recommended the initiation of this session to the Head of the State.

Chief Minister Pariyar, along with the Council of Ministers, urged the Head of the State to convene the third session, in accordance with the constitutional provisions.

The meeting is scheduled for today at 3 pm, adhering to the guidelines outlined in clause (1) of Article 183 of the Constitution of Nepal and Rule 24 of the Provincial Government (Performance) Regulations, 2074.

The Provincial Assembly Secretary, Jivraj Budhathoki, confirmed that the Karnali State Assembly Secretariat in Birendranagar, Surkhet, has dispatched notifications to all assembly members regarding the crucial inaugural meeting of the third session.
