CAN announces U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers squad

KATHMANDU: A total of 29 cricketers have been chosen for the ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifiers.

According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the players selected are Pooja Mahato, Soni Pakhrin, Aili Yadav, Kiran Kumari Kunwar, Trishna BK, Manisha Upadhyaya, Riya Sharma, Karishma Gurung, Pooja Saud, Bipasa Shahi, Sana Praveen, Pratima Shah, Sneha Mahara, and Savitra Dhami.

The list also features Anu Kadayat, Manisha Bohora, Karisma Thapa, Raveena Saud, Sushmita Bhusal, Alisha Kumari Yadav, Bhawani Kamati, Aarti Mahato, Kusham Godar, Seemana KC, Jyotsanika Marasini, Niru GT, Serina Thapa, Rachana Chaudhary, and Asma Pulami Magar.

The U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asian Qualifiers are scheduled to take place in the UAE from November 6-13, 2024, as announced by CAN.
