Surveyor arrested with Rs four lakh bribe



KATHMANDU: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) apprehended Sanjiv Kumar Yadav, the surveyor at the Survey Office in Lagankhel, Lalitpur, for accepting a bribe of Rs four lakhs.

The CIAA reported that Yadav, along with accountant Ram Babu Bhujel, was caught on Thursday while accepting the amount from a customer.

Following the arrest, the CIAA has taken control of the situation and is currently conducting further investigations at the Survey Office located in Ward No. 12, Hanumansthan, Lagankhel.
