KATHMANDU: Nepal has lost the toss against Malaysia and opted to bat first in the ongoing ACC Premier Cup.

In the match played at the Al Amarat Stadium in Oman, Nepali batsmen are facing Malaysian bowlers in their first match.

Nepal, Hong Kong, Qatar, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia are in Group A, while Oman, UAE, Cambodia, Bahrain, and Kuwait are in Group B.

The winner of the tournament will qualify to play in the T20 Asia Cup, which will take place after the T20 World Cup.
