PM Dahal emphasizes crucial role of disciplined youths in nation-building



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ underscored the paramount importance of disciplined youths dedicated to their nation in the ever-evolving global landscape.

Speaking at the convocation ceremony of the 18th Batch Senior Division Training organized by the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Prime Minister Dahal emphasized that nurturing a generation committed to serving the nation is a fundamental necessity.

Prime Minister Dahal conveyed the government’s commitment to cultivating capable and socially responsible youths capable of making meaningful contributions to the nation.

He highlighted the significance of youth empowerment training in shaping future leaders with competence, creativity, and a positive mindset.

“Youths play a significant role in every political change and social transformation of the country,” stated PM Dahal, underscoring the vital role of the younger generation in shaping the nation’s destiny.

The Prime Minister praised the NCC training for its effectiveness in developing capable, civilized, and conscious citizens by enhancing the leadership, moral conduct, and discipline of young individuals.

He acknowledged the training’s role in providing a comprehensive understanding of military arts and contemporary issues, fostering a sense of unity by promoting knowledge of diverse traditions, norms, values, and cultures.

“I believe that the skills and knowledge gained from the training have instilled a strong sense of national unity among the youths,” explained PM Dahal.

He expressed confidence that the graduated youths would assume a significant role as dedicated Nepali citizens when the nation requires their contribution.
