Gold prices rise by Rs. 2,000 per tola



KATHMANDU: Gold prices in Nepal saw an increase today, with the price of fine gold rising by Rs. 2,000 per tola, reaching Rs. 154,200, up from Rs. 152,200 the previous day.

The price of Tejabi gold also rose, now standing at Rs. 153,500 per tola, compared to Rs. 151,500 per tola yesterday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

This increase follows gold’s highest price of Rs. 171,000 per tola on October 31, 2024.

In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs. 1,925 per tola.
