FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers: Nepal facing Yemen tonight



KATHMANDU: Nepal will play against Yemen in the final game of the second round of FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers today.

The match will be held at the Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, starting at 11:45 PM Nepali time.

Yemen is playing its home game in Saudi Arabia.

Nepal, which is in Group ‘H’, has faced defeat in all five matches it has played so far in the qualifiers.

In an earlier match, Nepal lost 0-2 to Yemen.

The Nepali team, led by goalkeeper Kiran Kumar Limbu, includes Bishal Sunar, Abhishek Baral, Abhishek Limbu, Ananta Tamang, Bimal Pandey, Bishal Basnet, Tshering Lama, Saubhagya Rai, Sanish Shrestha, and Rohit Chand.

Other players are Bharat Khawas, Laken Limbu, Manikumar Lama, Manish Dangi, Suman Shrestha, Basant Jimba, Ashish Rai, Jelepsi Jung Karki, Hishub Thapalia, Sanjeev Bista, Ayush Ghalan, and Ashik Babu Chaudhary.
