KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has reported that a combination of westerly and local winds in Nepal, coupled with a low-pressure system formed around Bihar, India, is currently affecting the region.

Today, skies will range from partly to mostly cloudy across the country.

The Division has indicated that light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is presently underway in various areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
