Second event of Surya Nepal Open Golf begins today



KATHMANDU: The second event of the Surya Nepal Golf Tour, the Surya Nepal Kathmandu Open Golf, begins today.

The Nepal Professional Golfers’ Association Nepal has announced that the tournament, being held at the Royal Nepal Golf Club, will run for four days.

A total of 45 players, including 33 professionals and 12 amateurs, will compete in the 72-hole tournament.

The winner will receive a prize of NPR 150,000, while the second-place winner will earn NPR 85,000.

The third-place winner will be awarded NPR 68,000, the fourth-place winner will take home NPR 55,000, and the fifth-place winner will receive NPR 48,000.
